Reid Hanson, author and sports reporter, has made a name for himself as both a businessman and as a philanthropist. He is also known as the founder and Pit Master of the award winning, Black Eye BBQ. Reid became a writer for FanSided in the summer of 2012. Excited for the opportunity to write on all DFW area sports, he moved from The Landry Hat to Sports DFW. He is interested in reporting breaking news, teaching detailed concepts, and debating controversial issues.
