From an overall standpoint, the Dallas Cowboys seemingly crushed the 2025 NFL Draft.

Now, there's obviously no guarantee that every one of their selections will work out, which can be said of every new player on every team. But at first glance, this is one of the strongest classes America's Team has had in years.

Sure, the Cowboys missed out on what seemed like their top target in Arizona wideout Tetairoa McMillan, who was stolen by the Carolina Panthers at No. 8 overall. But getting the best offensive guard in the draft is a nice consolation prize, and that's what Dallas got at No. 12 overall in Tyler Booker.

Was it a popular pick when it first happened? No, it wasn't, as some believed Jerry Jones should've pulled the trigger on Matthew Golden. But what's done is done, and Booker should easily slide into the starting lineup to replace the retired Zach Martin.

He may be the only immediate starter from the class, but the Cowboys selected several players who should see significant snaps come Week 1, and a few could make their way into the top spot on the depth chart as the 2025 campaign progresses, specifically second-rounder Donovan Ezeiruaku, who some are calling the next DeMarcus Lawrence.

Ezeiruaku will likely begin his pro career behind the returning Dante Fowler Jr., but don't be surprised to see the Boston College alum in the starting lineup once he gets rolling.

Here's a quick recap of how the 2025 draft played out for Dallas.

  • Round 1, No. 12 overall: Tyler Booker, G
  • Round 2, No. 44 overall: Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE
  • Round 3, No. 76 overall: Shavon Revel Jr., CB
  • Round 5, No.149 overall: Jaydon Blue, RB
  • Round 5, No. 152 overall: Shemar James, LB
  • Round 6, No. 204 overall: Ajani Cornelius, OT
  • Round 7, No. 217 overall: Jay Toia, DT
  • Round 7, No. 239 overall: Phil Mafah, RB
  • Round 7, No. 247 overall: Tommy Akingbesote, DT

Given these additions—and taking into account a few of the undrafted free agent signings—here are our projections of what the Dallas Cowboys' depth chart looks like coming out of the 2025 NFL Draft. You'll notice some names in certain spots that might not belong due to injuries, such as DeMarvion Overshown, but this is based on everyone being at full strength.
