Philadelphia Eagles 2018 defensive ranking 4th, NFC East ranking first place

The Eagles lost a good player at all three levels of their defense.

More from Cowboys News

Linebacker Mychal Kendricks saw less playing time this season but still was able to make an impact when on the field against the run.

Defensive end Vinny Curry created a lot of pressure on the quarterback as a rotational player.

Finally, Cornerback Patrick Robinson was a big factor for the team with all the injuries during the season in their secondary.

Every Super Bowl team knows they are going to lose players and these three are quality players at their positions.

As I said before most Super Bowl teams know they are going to lose talent on their team but rarely do they get better.

Unfortunately for the rest of the NFC East, this is what happened for the Eagles.

The additions of Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata and Defensive end Michael Bennett take an already scary defensive line and make them even scarier.

Prediction – First Place in the NFC East
