3. Greg Hardy, Defensive End

Drafted: 2010, 6th round
Previous Team: Carolina Panthers
2013 Stats: 59 tkls, 15.0 sacks
2014 Salary: $13.1 million

Analysis: Despite his well publicized off-the-field troubles, Hardy is one of the best pass rushers in the NFL. And at only 26-years old, he still has time to turn both his career and life around.
Already rumored to be drawing interest from numerous NFL teams, Dallas would certainly makes sense as a possible landing place for the young defensive end. Cowboys’ starting safety Barry Church went so far as to say publicly last week that he’d like Dallas to sign the 2013 Pro Bowler.
But Hardy’s troubled past plus his potentially enormous price tag will likely make his signing in Dallas nothing more than a pipe dream. But there is still hope, as expressed by DallasCowboys.com writer and former NFL scout Bryan Broaddus expressed on Twitter on Monday.
