Predicting every game of the Cowboys' brutal upcoming schedule
By Randy Gurzi
Thanksgiving Day was a great day of celebration for the Dallas Cowboys in 2023. They hosted the Washington Commanders during their annual holiday game and made it look easy. Dallas won by a score of 45-10 and after the game, Washington even fired a couple of their coaches.
Now sitting at 8-3, Dallas is set to make another trip to the postseason. They'd like to get home field advantage as well, considering how dominant they are in AT&T Stadium, but that won't be easy. Not only are they a couple of games behind the Philadelphia Eagles but they also have a brutal schedule coming up.
Here, we look ahead to those final six games and predict the outcome for each.
• Week 13: Seahawks @ Cowboys - Nov. 30
• Week 14: Eagles @ Cowboys - Dec. 10th
• Week 15: Cowboys @ Bills - Dec. 17th
• Week 16: Cowboys @ Dolphins - Dec. 24th
• Week 17: Lions @ Cowboys - Dec. 30th
• Week 18: Cowboys @ Commanders - Jan. 7
Week 13: Seahawks @ Cowboys
Both the Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks played on Thanksgiving, so there will be no advantage during this Thursday night game. At least not when it comes to rest. As far as the teams go, this one seems to be swinging heavily into the favor of the home team.
Not only did Dallas just smoke Washington, but that was the third home game in a row they dropped at least 40 points on someone. They've also never scored fewer than 30 at home, which was back in Week 2 when they knocked off the New York Jets 30-10.
Seattle, on the other hand, is 2-3 on the road this year. They've also lost three of their past four games including a 31-13 loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Thanksgiving. Of course, Dallas knows how tough the Niners can be but Seattle also lost to the Rams and barely scored a 29-26 win over Washington the week befure that.
This one will likely be another easy win for the Cowboys as they prepare for their biggest contest of the year in Week 14.
Score Prediction: Cowboys 37, Seahawks 17
Record 9-3
