Cowboys vs. Commanders best NFL prop bets for Week 18 (Bet on CeeDee Lamb)
The Dallas Cowboys can officially clinch the NFC East today with a win against the lowly Washington Commanders.
The good news for Cowboys fans is that they're set as massive favorites to get the job done today. The bad news is that laying almost two touchdowns worth of points may not be an enticing option if you want to bet on the game.
So, instead of betting the point spread, betting on player props could be the way to go today. If you feel that way, you've come to the right place. I have three prop bets on this game I'll break down for you in just a moment.

Cowboys vs. Commanders Prop Bets
- CeeDee Lamb OVER 92.5 receiving yards
- Tony Pollard OVER 58.5 rushing yards
- Sam Howell UNDER 218.5 passing yards
CeeDee Lamb OVER 92.5 receiving yards
CeeDee Lamb is coming off an unbelievable performance, hauling in 13 receptions for 227 yards and a touchdown against the Detroit Lions. He had a somewhat quiet performance against the Commanders earlier this season, hauling on just four receptions for 53 yards and a touchdown.
I expect him to make up for that with a massive performance today. The Commanders are allowing 7.4 yards per pass attempt this season, the second most in the NFL. This Cowboys team can attack the Commanders through the air and Lamb is going to benefit from that.
Tony Pollard OVER 58.5 rushing yards
If the Cowboys take an early lead, expect them to start running the ball to drain the clock and keep Dak Prescott as healthy as possible. That's going to lead to Tony Pollard getting plenty of work.
He ran for 79 yards on 13 carries in their Week 12 matchup, which was his best yards per carry mark of the season at 6.08. Another big game from him today will cause him to soar over his rushing yards total over 58.5.
Sam Howell UNDER 218.5 passing yards
If the Commanders want to give the Cowboys a run for their money, they'd be smart to keep the ball on the ground and attack them where they're weak. Throwing the ball may not be the smartest move for them considering the Cowboys allow just 6.4 yards per pass attempt on the season.
We also don't know if Howell will play the whole game. If he struggles early, they may opt for Jacoby Brissett, which would make this bet an easy winner.
