Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys will try to snap Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles’ two-game win streak on Sunday. This NFC East battle is one of the marquee matchups on Sunday as both teams are jockeying for position in the division and conference.

Heading into this week’s game, I found two Cowboys props that might surprise some bettors and an Eagles prop that does not involve A.J. Brown.

Best NFL Prop Bets for Cowboys vs. Eagles in Week 9

  • Dak Prescott OVER 1.5 passing TDs
  • D'Andre Swift OVER 56.5 rushing yards
  • Tony Pollard UNDER 53.5 rushing yards

Dak Prescott OVER 1.5 passing TDs

This season, it’s been tough to gauge passing touchdown props, but we are getting good value on Dak Prescott for Sunday. Prescott is coming off his best game of the season last week vs. the Rams, where he tossed four touchdown passes in a 43-20 win.

The veteran quarterback will now face an Eagles’ pass defense that has been subpar at certain points of the season. Philadelphia has allowed 16 passing touchdowns (third-most in the NFL) and two passing touchdown passes per game (29th in the NFL) this season. Prescott has only gone over 1.5 passing TDs twice this season. But with the Eagles’ defense not giving up many scores on the ground, the Cowboys’ method of scoring points will be through the air.

D’Andre Swift OVER 56.5 rushing yards

Swift has been an excellent addition to the Eagles’ backfield after Miles Sanders signed a four-year deal with the Panthers. The 24-year-old running back is averaging 71.4 rushing yards per game (career-high) and 4.9 yards per game.

The former Lions running back will look to make some plays against the Cowboys’ defense, which is giving up 108.9 rushing yards this season and 138.3 rushing yards per game on the road. Swift has gone over 56.5 rushing yards in five out of eight games this season and will receive the carries to hit this number.

Tony Pollard UNDER 53.5 rushing yards

Pollard has a tough matchup on Sunday as he’ll have to go up against one of the toughest run defenses in the NFL. The Eagles are allowing an NFL-best 65.5 rushing yards per game, which has helped them race out to a 7-1 start.

Pollard started the regular season on fire, rushing for 88 yards per game through the first three games. However, he’s slowed considerably, only averaging 39.8 rushing yards per game in his last four games. It’s tough seeing the 26-year-old having a breakout game against this defense, as he’s gone under 53.5 rushing yards in four out of his last seven games.
