1. Micah Parsons has three sacks in bounce-back game
An earlier prediction had Stephon Gilmore making a huge play for the Cowboys but if they're going to get back on track in Week 4, they'll need more than one defender playing to their full potential. And there's no better person to lead the charge than Micah Parsons.
The third-year linebacker has become the vocal and emotional leader for this defense and he was beyond frustrated with his lack of impact last week. He said the team didn't play to their standards adding that they played down to their opponent — which they did.
"The last two weeks we were on fire and today we came out and we got lit. … We got to take on every game like it’s the Super Bowl. We got to play up to our standard. We can’t play down to (our opponent), and that’s what I felt like we did today."
Heading into Week 4, Parsons is going to go out looking to prove the Cowboys performances to kick off the season were no fluke. That's why this final bold prediction is that the defense not only rebounds but No. 11 finds a way to record three sacks in a major bounce-back game.
