4 Cowboys who could be making their final playoff run in Dallas
3. Jourdan Lewis, CB
Jourdan Lewis has been receiving scathing reviews from Dallas Cowboys fans and pundits alike for most of the season, but to his credit, he's stepped up in a big way lately, especially in the game against Washington.
Not only is he back making plays, but Lewis earned the Cowboys' Ed Block Courage award for his comeback after a career-threatening foot injury.
Perhaps many of us were too hard on Jourdan Lewis, and certainly we're all hoping that he still has a bunch of good football ahead of him, because the Cowboys' secondary is now missing two stud cornerbacks in Trevon Diggs and Stephon Gilmore, though Gilmore does have a chance to play against the Packers.
Lewis is a free agent after this season, and the Cowboys might have that position group already well established depending on what the team decides with the veteran Gilmore beyond this year. Gilmore played at such a high level for most of the year, that in combination with the return of Trevon Diggs and All-Pro DaRon Bland being on the roster, Lewis could be the odd man out.
If that's the case, it's been a heck of a run for him in Dallas. But this could be his final playoff run with the team. Hopefully, he's able to make it count.
