4 Cowboys who could be making their final playoff run in Dallas
4. Dan Quinn, defensive coordinator
Out of all the players and coaches on the Dallas Cowboys, I think the one we can say with relative certainty is truly in his last playoff run with the team is defensive coordinator Dan Quinn. Quinn will be an NFL head coach in 2024, perhaps with the Seattle Seahawks, who shockingly moved on from Pete Carroll as of Wednesday afternoon.
There are seven openings around the league and counting, and Quinn has already been requested to interview for many of them.
He'll be one of the hottest and highly sought after candidates on the coaching market, no matter what happens with Dallas in the postseason. We've seen him completely turn this unit around, and he's put a lot of players in great positions to have success in Dallas when they weren't having it elsewhere. Player development under Quinn has been tremendous, and he's already previously taken an NFL team to the Super Bowl (Falcons) as their head coach.
This will almost undoubtedly be Quinn's final playoff run with the Cowboys, so we can only hope that it lasts as long as possible.
