2. Michael Gallup, WR

I think it's clear at this point that the Dallas Cowboys need to keep giving more and more snaps to guys like Jalen Tolbert and KaVontae Turpin as opposed to Michael Gallup.

The ineffectiveness when Gallup is on the field has simply gone on too long for the Cowboys. Yes, they're paying him a good amount of money, but when the passing game is rolling like it was for much of the game against Philadelphia, how can this be tolerated?

Gallup has just two games this entire season in which he had more than 24 yards receiving. Those two games came against the Arizona Cardinals and New England Patriots, two of the absolute worst teams in the NFL right now.

And the Cowboys lost that Cardinals game...

Things have been getting worse for Gallup since the Chargers game a few weeks back when he had 10 targets and just three total receptions. The production from other guys in the passing game stepped up against Philadelphia, with Jalen Tolbert, Brandin Cooks, and tight end Jake Ferguson making much more of an impact on the game than Gallup.

At some point, the Cowboys are going to have to move on in terms of the snaps they are giving Gallup.
