If Javonte Williams and the rushing attack keep it up, the Dallas Cowboys may finish with the best offense in football this season. Dak Prescott is the biggest reason for that. Not only is Prescott's confidence at an all-time high, but he's also moving around better than he has in years.

Of course, the addition of George Pickens is helping unlock everything. He had a bad penalty in Week 1, but the Week 2 win over the Giants was just a taste of what Pickens brings to the offense.

It's only two games, but it's clear to Zac Lee of The Landry Hat podcast that the Cowboys made the right call by trading for Pickens. And he's absolutely spot on.

"Dallas started to get more aggressive in the passing game in the second half. With CeeDee (Lamb) being doubled, Pickens started to get more one-on-one situations. He has consistently drawn defensive pass interference calls and currently leads the league in yards accepted, with 79 coming just from DPI. It makes such a difference to have that No. 2 guy across from Lamb that you can count on when you can't go to your No. 1."

Cowboys' George Pickens trade already looks like a home run move

CeeDee Lamb came alive when it mattered most. He took over the game in the fourth quarter, but Pickens wasn't far behind. Lamb came down with some really difficult catches during that stretch, which illustrated just how much the Giants were paying him.

While Prescott loves a tight-window throw more than any other quarterback, targeting Pickens in one-on-one coverage is easy pickings regardless of who's on the other side. Whether it's a slant, an in route, or a go ball, the 24-year-old knows how to win.

Even when Pickens isn't setting up game-winning field goals and catching go-ahead touchdowns in the final minute of regulation, his mere presence is helping teammates such as Jake Ferguson and KaVontae Turpin, who combined for 13 catches for 125 yards in Week 2.

The scary part is that Pickens hasn't even hit his stride. He has eight catches for 98 yards and a touchdown in two games. He's accounted for 177 yards if you account for penalties, but Pickens himself would agree that he's just getting started in this offense.
