The Dallas Cowboys have fallen back to reality after their first win of the season against the lowly New York Giants. On Sunday, the Cowboys lost decisively to the Chicago Bears by the score of 31-14. The Cowboys couldn't keep up with the Bears, as wide receiver CeeDee Lamb left with a high ankle sprain.
On Monday, reports indicated that Lamb will be out for the next two games at minimum. So, not the worst news possible for Lamb and the Cowboys. However, Dallas found out one of their other starters will be out for much longer.
ESPN's Todd Archer reported that the Cowboys will be without rookie guard and first-round pick Tyler Booker is going to miss the next four-to-six weeks after picking up a high ankle sprain of his own against the Bears.
The Cowboys will be without rookie guard Tyler Booker for 4-6 weeks because of a high ankle sprain suffered vs. the Bears, per source. He played all 74 snaps. T.J. Bass looms as starter. Cowboys already w/o C Cooper Beebe for at least next three games.

Cowboys to be without guard Tyler Booker for 4-6 weeks due to ankle injury
Booker is now the latest offensive lineman to pick up an ankle sprain. Cooper Beebe, the team's starting center, is out between six-to-eight weeks with an ankle sprain suffered in the team's win over the Giants. Now another key member of the interior offensive line is out in Booker.
This season, Booker has had his fair share of struggles as a pass blocker, but he made up for it in his run blocking. But he is a rookie after all, and the more reps he gets, the more he should improve. But credit can be given that he played the entirety of the game despite the ankle sprain.
This season, Booker allowed eight pressures, five quarterback hurries, two quarterback hits, and one sack in 224 total blocking snaps, per Pro Football Focus.
With Booker sidelined, it's likely that T.J. Bass will fill in at guard, who has only played one snap this season.
The Cowboys next face the Green Bay Packers in star pass rusher Micah Parsons' return to Dallas following a pre-Week 1 trade. With the offensive line not at 100 percent, it could be a long day at the office for the Cowboys.
