There’s nothing like brotherly love. Two of the NFL’s most talented players happen to be brothers. The Diggs brothers may play on opposite sides of the ball, but they’re both Pro Bowl-caliber players. Trevon Diggs is a ball-hawking cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys, and his older brother Stefon is an All-Pro wide receiver from the Buffalo Bills.

Because of their age difference, the two were never able to play against each other in high school or college football. The first time we got to see the two compete against each other was in the 2022 Pro Bowl game and skills competition, and boy was that a treat. The two were going at it the whole weekend, bringing smiles to many fans’ faces.

Sadly, the two play in two different conferences. That means the only way the two teams could play each other during the 2022 season is if the Cowboys and Bills both happen to make it to the Super Bowl. The likelihood of that happening seems incredibly slim, but if it were to happen, Trevon doesn’t seem scared of his big brother at all.

When asked about it at training camp, the 23-year-old told Andrew Siciliano and LaDainian Tomlinson that his 28-year-old brother would not catch a single pass on him.

“Not one,” said the Cowboys cornerback.

Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs and his brother Stefon Diggs jokingly talk trash about a Super Bowl matchup

NFL Network broadcasters took turns visiting training camps across the league last week. Of course, the day after Siciliano and Tomlinson visited Oxnard, Mike Garafolo and Michael Robinson were hanging out in Rochester, New York, at Bills training camp. When chatting with Stefon and quarterback Josh Allen, the topic was obviously brought up.

“I heard my brother was talking trash,” Stefon said.

Garafolo, who seems to always have the top intel on literally everything in the NFL, didn’t know what he was referring to. So, Robinson filled everyone in.

Allen decided to get in on the playful banter.

“10 for 160, two tuds [touchdowns],” the quarterback said as he dropped the mic and walked away.

That was enough for Stefon who followed it up with, “you heard it from my quarterback. Tre knows what’s up.”

We are here for any and all Diggs brother trash talk. The two seem to have an excellent relationship, and Trevon admitted earlier in camp that he and his older brother practiced a lot together during the offseason to better both of their games.

While the likelihood of seeing the two in the 2022 Super Bowl is low, there is some good news. According to The Cowboys Wire, the NFC East and AFC East teams are set to play each other in 2023. So, if Diggs is still with the Cowboys next year, he will finally get to face his big brother in an NFL game. I’m sure many flashbacks to this video will be played the week of.
