Pick Analysis. player. Scouting Report. WR. Michigan State Spartans. JalenNailor. 9. 805

Need: 7.5

Draft Projection: 3

Talent: 6.5

Fit: 9

Potential: 8

Total: 34/50

Michigan State’s Jalen “Speedy” Nailor was one of my favorite receivers to watch last season. Nailor excels in using his quickness and double moves to beat defenders downfield. Nailor can play all three receiver positions and can provide versatility in offensive lineups.

The Michigan State star can operate well in a spread style offense and would help spread the field for others. He’s sure handed, but still a work-in-progress as far as route running and beating press coverage.

Nailor is expected to go anywhere between the fifth and seventh rounds. He would fit very well in this offense and compete with James Washington and others for the WR3 role.

Pick Analysis. WR. 10. Scouting Report. Texas Tech Red Raiders. ErikEzukanma. player. 874

Need: 7.5

Draft Projection: 4

Talent: 6

Fit: 8

Potential: 8

Total: 33.5/50

Erik Exukanma is a very different wide receiver than Nailor, but he could still do great for Dallas. The Red Raider has elite size and athleticism and makes 50-50 balls more like 70-30. He didn’t produce significantly at Texas Tech, but he has the size and traits to develop into a good WR2 in the league.

He is currently projected to land anywhere in day three. His stock is also hard to gauge due to his lack of production in college and how deep the receiver class is.

The Texas Tech product could have a good opportunity to come to a home-state team and work with Lamb and Gallup, whom he has similar skillsets to. He has the potential to become a Deebo Samuel-type player, which the Cowboys could use to shake up the offense a bit.
