The Cowboys will look to get right against the visiting Raiders on Thanksgiving, and the early betting odds suggest a bounce-back.

Not a lot went right for the Dallas Cowboys in their 19-9 Week 11 road loss to the suddenly surging Kansas City Chiefs, but the good news is the NFC East is still well under control.

And Dallas won’t have much time to dwell on what happened against quarterback Patrick Mahomes and Co., thanks to one of the best traditions in football: Cowboys football on Thanksgiving.

Dallas has to hope it gets its top two wide receivers, Amari Cooper (COVID) and CeeDee Lamb (concussion), back in time for Thursday’s home contest against the 5-5 Las Vegas Raiders, who after impressing early this season, have now dropped three in a row and were walloped by the Cincinnati Bengals 32-13 at home.

It’s not technically a “get right” game for quarterback Dak Prescott and Co. But it’s close.

Cowboys vs. Raiders odds Week 12

It appears the bettors are thinking what happened to Dallas in Week 11 isn’t an indicator of things to come, rather an increasingly tough Chiefs team playing better on defense as of late.

So, it makes sense the oddsmakers over at WynnBET are listing the Cowboys as notable seven-point favorites for this contest with Dallas’ moneyline at -310.

The over/under is currently set at 51.5 in what’s looking to be a high-scoring game on Thursday at AT&T Stadium.

Cowboys vs. Raiders prediction Week 12

Las Vegas’ offense has gone flat over the last three weeks, having scored just 16 points in Week 9 against the New York Giants, 14 points against the Chiefs a week ago and then the 13 points at home versus Cincy.

True, Dallas wasn’t able to do much, offensively, against Kansas City either, but it’s not hard to see why the betting odds favor Prescott’s squad instead of the Raiders here. Las Vegas is rapidly trending in the wrong direction, while the Cowboys probably just hit a small road bump.

Nothing more.

So, if we’re looking at predictions, let’s consider those factors and go with a fairly one-sided affair with Dallas on top, winning decisively by a score of 31-17.
