Running Backs

Ezekiel Elliott, Tony Pollard, Corey Clement – Dallas Cowboys (three points)
Saquon Barkley, Devontae Booker, Gary Brightwell – New York Giants (two points)
Antonio Gibson, J.D. McKissic, Jaret Patterson – Washington Football Team (one point)
Miles Sanders, Boston Scott, Kenneth Gainwell – Philadelphia Eagles

Pundits and some fans are quick to bury Elliott, however in a “bad” year he still almost reached 1,000 yards with six touchdowns all while missing his starting quarterback for three quarters of the year, running behind an offensive line in shambles. Not so fast. Barkley is equally dynamic but coming off an ACL injury, while Gibson is reliable and steady.

As for Sanders, he has largely underperformed the expectations placed upon him. Regarding the depth, Pollard and Scott are most likely to keep the ship steady for a few games.

Receivers

Amari Cooper, CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup, Cedrick Wilson, Noah Brown – Dallas Cowboys (three points)
Kenny Golladay, Darius Slayton, Sterling Shepard, Kadarius Toney, Collin Johnson – New York Giants (two points)
Terry McLaurin, Curtis Samuel, Adam Humphries, Cam Sims, DeAndre Carter – Washington Football Team (one point)
DeVonta Smith, Jalen Reagor, Greg Ward, Quez Watkins, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside – Philadelphia Eagles

Once again the Cowboys take the gold with a star-studded trio of pass-catchers. The Giants made a splash in free agency to acquire Golladay, giving them a true number one receiver. Washington’s trio is intriguing, but none of them are at the level of Cooper or Golladay, while the Eagles are going with a youth movement that has a lot to prove.
