Which members of the Cowboys are in the Pro Football Hall of Fame?
The list of former Dallas Cowboys now inducted into the Hall of Fame reads like a power ranking of all time great NFL coaches. Whether it's Tom Landry, Bill Parcells, or Jimmy Johnson, the Cowboys' coaching representation in Canton is about as strong as any team in football. And with 32 members credited with some time in Dallas already in the hall, the list of players is equally impressive. Here's the entire list of Cowboys players, coaches, and executives in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

As for a few current players who could make a run at a gold jacket sometime in the next decade or two, here are couple names to keep an eye on.
Dak Prescott
Prescott's stats through the first eight years of his career speak for themself: 114 starts in 114 games, a 73-41 record, almost 30,000 passing yards and 200 touchdown passes. He was the Rookie of the Year, has made three Pro Bowls, and earned his first All Pro (2nd team) nomination after this last season. According to Football Reference's Hall of Fame monitor, he's just a hair under halfway to the "average" Hall of Fame QB. So, in theory, a 15-year career at his current rate would do it. It's that easy! A Super Bowl title or two wouldn't hurt, as miserable as the discourse would then be. He's a long shot, but you can see the start of a case being made.
Micah Parsons
You'll excuse me for jumping the gun on this one, but Parsons' first three seasons as a pro have certainly looked like a player on the track to Canton. He's started all 50 of the games he's played in, already has *40.5* sacks, and two First Team All Pro nominations. He won Defensive Rookie of the Year back in 2021, and has never finished worse than third in DPoY voting. He's arguably the best defensive player in football, and is already roughly 30% of the way to a Hall of Fame edge rusher, according to the same Football Reference metric mentioned above. Through three years! Despite being the best player on the Dallas Cowboys, it feels like Parsons' dominance is still, somehow, not talked about enough. If this is how his career is going to go for the next 9-10 years, he's a 1st ballot guy.
Zack Martin
Here's a fun fact: Martin's made either First or Second Team All Pro in nine of his 10 pro seasons. Six of those nods are First Team, and he has nine Pro Bowls to boot. He's been a hugely reliable on the Cowboys' offensive line for the last decade, only playing less than 14 games in one season over that time. And because we swear by the holy Football Reference Hall of Fame Monitor here: his current score (97) is only a few points off the average (105). He'll get there.
Honorable mentions: Tyron Smith, CeeDee Lamb
