3. JC Latham, Alabama

Latham is down at number three simply because he did not complete every combine workout that scouts would have loved to see.

Luckily enough, Latham's game tape is exceptional. He checks all the requisite boxes for a starting offensive tackle, including frame, length, burst and power. At 6-6 and 342 pounds, he moves like a guard. His lateral quickness, natural athleticism and strong body make him an intriguing prospect. Playing under Nick Saban at Alabama, you can be sure he molded into a player with high football-IQ.

Latham can be dominant in both passing and run protection. With Prescott aging, he will need a reliable guy like Latham on his blindside. Latham is a top-20 prospect in this draft and it would be a blessing if he were to slide to Dallas at No. 24.
