4. Devonta Smith, PHI

The Eagles selected Smith with the 10th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. He was set to be the WR1 of the future before the team traded for A.J. Brown the following season.

Still, Smith has been fantastic in his first two NFL seasons. The former Alabama star had 64 catches for 916 yards and five touchdowns in 2021 and a career-high 95 catches for 1,196 yards and seven touchdowns last year.

Smith has really turned into one of the best WR2s in the league. He ranked top-10 in receptions, receiving yards, and yards after the catch (485) last year.

There were questions about Smith's size coming into the league. At 170 pounds, teams were worried about his ability to beat press coverage. But two years later, it seems like the 24-year-old has put that to rest after back-to-back solid years.

As the WR2 in Philadelphia's offense, Smith gives quarterback Jalen Hurts another big-time target in the receiving game.
