1. Micah Parsons, Dallas Cowboys
Was there any doubt that Parsons wouldn't find himself atop this list?
What Parsons has accomplished in his first two NFL seasons doesn't happen too often, if ever. The Cowboys selected the Penn State product with the 12th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, and he has made an immediate impact.
Parsons has already established himself as a top edge rusher in the NFL at just 24 years old. He has at least 13 sacks in back-to-back seasons to begin his career with 149 tackles, including 33 tackles for loss.
In just two years, Parsons accolades are as followed:
1. Finishing 8th in MVP Voting
2. Defensive Rookie of the Year
3. 2 Pro Bowl Selections
4. 2 All-Pro First-Team Selections
5. 2-time Defensive Player of the Year Runner Up
It's hard to match what Parsons has done in his first two NFL seasons. Any Cowboys fan would take the young edge rusher in a heartbeat, even over guys like Bosa and Garrett. He literally gets to the quarterback on every play.
Now in his third year, the lion is hungry for more.
