2. Haason Reddick, Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles managed to scoop Haason Reddick off the free agent market during the 2022 offseason. And it paid off.

Reddick put together a career year in his first season with the Eagles, totaling a career-high 16 sacks with five forced fumbles, 11 tackles for loss, and 26 quarterback hits. His 16 sacks were tied for second most in the NFL with Cleveland Browns rusher Myles Garrett.

His big season earned him his first Pro Bowl selection, and his first All-Pro selection (second-team). Reddick also finished fourth in Defensive Player of the Year voting behind Chris Jones of the Kansas City, Micah Parsons of the Cowboys, and Nick Bosa of the San Francisco 49ers.

Reddick's season has finally put national attention on him following two solid seasons with Arizona Cardinals in 2020 and Carolina Panthers in 2021. The former first-round had 23 1/2 sacks combined during those two seasons.

The talent has always been there for Reddick since being drafted 13th overall by the Cardinals in 2017. Now in Philadelphia's scheme, he has managed to take his game to the next level.
