2. Tony Pollard

There is a new RB1 in Dallas. However, it’s been pretty obvious for the past two seasons. Tony Pollard is now the leader of the Cowboys' backfield.

After spending his first four seasons as the backup to previous starter Ezekiel Elliott, Pollard is now ready to lead the ground game. It was clear after 2021 that the former fourth-round pick in 2019 was the better option.

In 2022 Pollard proved those words right as he rushed for a career-high 1,007 yards and nine touchdowns while adding 39 receptions for 371 yards and three touchdowns en route to making his first Pro Bowl.

Overall, in his first four seasons. Pollard has rushed for 2,616 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 121 receptions, for 1,008 yards and five touchdowns and has even made an impact as a returner with 1,500 return yards.

With Pollard playing on the tag, though, this might be his final season in Dallas.
