1. Philadelphia Eagles

Both the Bills and Eagles offenses can be at the number one spot. Both teams can score and finished top-three in points scored last season. But the Eagles get the nod, especially after the addition of D'Andre Swift.

In the first meeting between the Cowboys and Eagles last year, Dallas did a nice job containing Jalen Hurts on the ground and through the air. Hurts threw for 155 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing for just 27 yards on nine carries.

Hurts didn't play in the second meeting, but Philadelphia managed to score 34 points on an impressive day from Devonta Smith (eight catches for 118 yards and two touchdowns) and A.J. Brown (six catches for 103 yards).

The Eagles have weapons around Hurts to make it hard on defenses. Brown and Smith combined for 2,692 yards through the air with 18 touchdowns in 2022 and Dallas Goedert is another big-time weapon in that offense.

Even despite letting Miles Sanders walk in free agency, they added the versatility of Swift to the backfield. The former Lions running back has failed to stay healthy in his career, but he's a great pass catcher -- 156 catches for 1,198 receiving yards in three seasons.

The Eagles averaged 29.1 points per game in 2022 and will likely put up a lot of points again this season.

Dallas, though, got better defensively this offseason with the addition of Gilmore. They also re-signed key players like Vander-Esch, Donovan Wilson, and Johnathan Hankins. It won't be easy, but they have speed and talent on defense to limit a top-scoring offense.
