2. Philadelphia Eagles

I know most of you will disagree with the Eagles coming in second on this list. They just made the Super Bowl and really steamrolled through the NFC all year. But the Cowboys did more this offseason to propel them over the top.

The Eagles are no doubt a talented team and one of the best in the entire NFL. With quarterback Jalen Hurts breaking out in his third NFL season, the team now has a franchise guy to lead them for the next decade.

Philadelphia also has competent playmakers on the outside led by wide receiver A.J. Brown, wide receiver Devonta Smith, and tight end Dallas Goedert. They even added running backs Rashaad Penny and D'Andre Swift this offseason.

However, the Super Bowl hangover could be real for the Eagles.

The defense is elite, the offense is elite, and they will be a scary team yet again this season. A defense led by Darius Slay, James Bradberry, and Haason Reddick will make noise this season. The departure of defensive tackle Javon Hargrave, though, could be big up front for Philadelphia.

Outside of Swift and Penny -- who have had big injury concerns over the years -- the team didn't make any major moves. Of course, they just made the Super Bowl and didn't necessarily need to make any moves. But still, they didn't improve by much entering the 2023 season.
