3. Dallas Cowboys (3-2)

The Cowboys finally come off this list at number three following their humiliating loss in Week 5. Despite two losses already through five weeks, Dallas -- on paper -- has one of the most talented rosters in the NFL.

Prescott can get the job done on offense with players like Lamb, Brandin Cooks, and Michael Gallup to throw to. It hasn’t been pretty for that side of the ball all year, as Dallas hasn’t relied on them to win games in 2023, thanks to the exceptional play of the defense.

The Cowboys offense ranks just 17th in total yards per game (327.4) and some of that is due blowouts in three of five games.

But the talent is there on both sides of the ball. The offense has the capability of scoring 40-plus points in any game, and Dallas’ defense is one of the best in the NFL. If both of those units put it together in one game, they are an extremely dangerous team.
