2. Week 15 @ Jacksonville Jaguars

When you talk about the most exciting games for the Cowboys in 2022, this game has to be on the list. Even though it ended in a brutal Dallas loss, it was a fun contest between two eventual playoff teams.

The Cowboys got off to a hot start against the Jaguars and led 21-7 at halftime. Dallas then led 27-10 with five minutes remaining in the third quarter.

But then the momentum suddenly changed.

Jaguars' quarterback Trevor Lawrence got Kelvin Joseph to bite on a double move that resulted in a 59-yard touchdown to Zay Jones. Jacksonville would then score two more touchdowns to eventually take a 31-27 lead.

With Dallas trailing the first time in the contest, Prescott led a 13-play, 75-yard drive to retake the lead in the final minutes. Even with Jacksonville fumbling on the ensuing drive, the Cowboys gave the ball right back after going three and out in 27 seconds.

Lawrence eventually got the Jaguars into field goal range in the final seconds to send the game into overtime, a moment many Cowboys fans remember vividly.

With the Cowboys only needing a field goal, Prescott forced a throw in a tight window to wideout Noah Brown. The ball tipped off Brown's hands and into Rayshawn Jenkins' hands, who ran it back for a 52-yard walk-off score.

It didn't end how the Cowboys wanted it to, but it was an exciting game. Both teams also winded up advancing and losing in the Divisional Round last season.
