NFC East wide receiver corps ranked from worst to best in 2023

1. Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles robbed the Titans in the A.J. Brown trade during the 2022 NFL Draft, acquiring the then-disgruntled wideout for the No. 18 overall pick and No. 101 overall pick. Brown would have a career year with 88 receptions, 1,496 yards receiving, and 11 touchdowns. He helped elevate the Eagles' offense to new heights and Jalen Hurts' unforeseen ascension into the top tier of quarterbacks.
However, it’s more than just Brown. Last year's second-year receiver DeVonta Smith took a step forward. The former Heisman winner registered 95 receptions for 1,196 yards and seven touchdowns. Smith performed at a high level in the Super Bowl, too, producing seven receptions for 100 yards in the loss.
The Eagles' depth consists of Greg Ward and Quez Watkins. Overall, though, the duo of Brown and Smith make this the best-receiving core in the NFC East and arguably in the entire league. The impact of both players has helped turn the Eagles' offense into a Super Bowl-caliber unit.
