DE Dorance Armstrong

One of the most underrated players on the roster, Armstrong has quietly put together another strong season. He's on pace to play all 17 games again and is second on the team with 6.5 sacks and third with 11 tackles for loss. He's a quality rotational pass rusher with the versatility to play on passing and rushing downs. Fans would love Armstrong back, but 2024 feels like the year he'll sign somewhere else.

CB Jourdan lewis

Lewis was public enemy No. 1 around these parts for a long stretch, but he's been one of the defense's top performers over the last three games. He's playing his best football when it really matters. Could a big playoffs convince Dallas to re-sign Lewis to ensure they have depth at a premium position? You can't rule it out.

DT Johnathan Hankins

The last three games have underlined Hankins' importance to the defense. The Cowboys need to get bigger in the trenches this offseason. Big Hank is the team's best run defender and Dallas would be wise to re-sign him again.

C Tyler Biadasz

Biadasz is one in a long list of Cowboys mid-round draft success stories. He's a serviceable starting center, but he might be the odd man out given how many players need extensions and the team's laundry list of free agents. Look for Dallas to draft another center or promote one of their young interior linemen to compete for the starting center job.
