Every Cowboys player entering their last regular season game under contract in Week 18

Cowboys 2024 unrestricted free agents
LT Tyron Smith
Smith is the biggest name on the Cowboys' free agent list. He's been the franchise's left tackle for over a decade and has put together another All-Pro-level season in 2023. He's only allowed one sack and 18 pressures, which place him among the best tackles in the league. Smith took a paycut before the season and we're led to believe Dallas will want to re-sign him on a short-term contract.
CB Stephon Gilmore
Gilmore has been a lifesaver for the Cowboys in the wake of Trevon Diggs' ACL injury. He's looked his age on crossing routes against faster receivers, but the former Defensive Player of the Year has been as advertised this season. He owns a 70.1 coverage grade and is allowing a lowly 54% completion rate over 87 targets to go with eight pass breakups.
RB Tony Pollard
Giving Pollard the franchise tag might have been the best thing the Cowboys could have done. Imagine they signed him to a pricey multi-year contract after he rushed for 1,000 yards and made the Pro Bowl last season? Pollard's value has likely plummeted to $4-6 million amid a disappointing year. It'll be fascinating to see how Dallas chooses to navigate the RB position this offseason.
S Jayron Kearse
Kearse comes up with a big play every now and then, but like Pollard, he's been way too inconsistent to warrant another contract from the Cowboys. Kearse is one of the vocal leaders in the locker room, but most fans wouldn't hate to see the team move on in the offseason and promote Juanyeh Thomas to fil the veteran's role.
