Cowboys vs Eagles bold predictions: Dak Prescott proves he's the real MVP

2. Micah Parsons records strip-sack
The Dallas defense has been very good this year, especially when they can pressure the quarterback. Their last outing wasn't a great example of this with the Seattle Seahawks scoring 35 points in AT&T Stadium. Those were the most points they surrendered at home all year and the offense had to cross the 40-point mark just to get the win.
As frustrating as it was to watch Geno Smith carve up the defense last Thursday, it could be a blessing in disguise. Dan Quinn's unit is going to go into this one with more motivation than they've had since they lost to the Eagles a few weeks ago, and they've had a few extra days to prepare. That means the secondary will be locked in and the pass rushers will be going hard after Jalen Hurts.
Micah Parsons, who ended the game against Seattle with a huge pressure on Smith, should be ready to get after the mobile quarterback in Philly. In their first meeting, he had nine tackles, and 1.5 sacks, plus hit Hurts three more times. Expect more of the same this week with No. 11 leading the charge and in this bold prediction, he even records a strip-sack to help his offense out.
