What a wild night in Pittsburgh. It was obvious that a rollercoaster game would follow two separate lightning delays, but a last-second in spite of three Dak Prescott turnovers and an otherwise lackluster game from CeeDee Lamb? The Dallas Cowboys won ugly, but style points mean nothing in the NFL.

While Prescott's heroics are the lead story, the Cowboys' defense put together an inspired performance down several key players. Already without their top three defensive ends, impressive rookie Marshawn Kneeland left the game in the first half with a knee injury.

In the secondary, Dallas was down DaRon Bland and rookie Caelen Carson, who missed his second straight game with a shoulder injury.

Players like DeMarvion Overshown, Linval Joseph (!) and Chauncey Golston were all enormous in the win. The entire deserves credit for limiting the Steelers to 226 yards of offense, but cornerback Jourdan Lewis was once again the tone-setter for the group.

Lewis locked down Steelers No. 1 receiver George Pickens and made Justin Fields' life incredibly difficult with his sticky coverage even though Dallas struggled to generate a pass rush. After dominating Pickens, Lewis sent a crude message to the Steelers.

Jourdan Lewis blasts Steelers WR George Pickens after Cowboys' win on SNF

That is an all-time moment from Lewis. For those who may have missed it, Pickens took a cheap shot at Lewis after the Cowboys clinched the win. Football fans are even calling for the Steelers receiver to get suspended on game.

After beefing all game, Lewis celebrated in Pickens' face after the final play of regulation. It was typical NFL trash-talk, but Pickens responded by yanking Lewis to the ground by his facemask. It was a dangerous and cry-baby move by Pickens. He is lucky Lewis wasn't injured. The veteran cornerback popped right back up and went back at Pickens but the referee intervened.

Perhaps Pickens was annoyed by Lewis had him in his pocket. The former second-round pick also had a diminished role in the game. He played just 34 of Pittsburgh's 58 offensive snaps, fewer than Van Jefferson (47) and Calvin Austin (44). Even 35-year-old defensive tackle Cam Heyward played 55 snaps. It's pretty clear that Pickens is in Mike Tomlin's doghouse.

Regardless, Pickens had no right going after Lewis. The eighth-year pro had Pickens' number all game and Pickens responded by taking a cheap shot.

Pickens is crazy talented, but Lewis is right in saying the Steelers need a new wide receiver. It's no wonder they were in on Brandon Aiyuk and have reportedly inquired about Davante Adams.
