The Dallas Cowboys' 2023 draft class is beginning to take shape. After they secured the best nose tackle in the class in Michigan's Mazi Smith with the No. 26 overall pick, they doubled dipped in the Wolverines program and took tight end Luke Schoonmaker at No. 58 overall, which many admittedly considered a reach.

The Cowboys made amends with their No. 90 overall selection in the form of Texas linebacker DeMarvion Overshown. Overshown is a former touted safety recruit and a two-time captain as a leader of the Longhorns' much improved defense.

That puts a bow on the first two days of the 2023 draft. With that, we turn the page to Day 3, where Rounds 4-7 will take place. Be sure to tune in early on Saturday, as the fourth round will get underway at 11 am CT.

How many picks to the Cowboys have on Day 3 of the 2023 NFL Draft?

As things stand, the Cowboys own four picks on the final day of the draft. That's subject to change depending on a trade, but Dallas has one pick in each of the final four rounds. First up is No. 129 overall in the fourth. Their next two selections are of the compensatory value -- No. 176 in the fifth and No. 212 in the sixth.

The Cowboys final picks comes at No. 244 overall.

It's the 15th-to-last pick of the entire draft, so Jerry Jones and company will take things right down to the wire. Assuming the position hasn't been addressed before the seventh round, we'd keep an eye on a kicker with this pick.

Michigan's Jake Moody, winner of the Lou Groza award as the country's best kicker in 2021, had been mentioned as a potential target by Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News, but the 49ers shockingly drafted him 99th overall. It'll be interesting to see how Dallas pivots, or if they even want a kicker at all.

Soak it all in, Cowboys fans. Only four picks stand in the way of the Cowboys completing another draft. If it feels like it's flown by, that's because it always does. Time flies when you're having fun and the draft is one of the landmark events on the NFL calendar.
