Best Same Game Parlay for Cowboys vs. Eagles in NFL Week 10
By Reed Wallach
The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles meet in a massive NFC East showdown.
While there will be plenty of opinions on this one, let me give you a three-leg same-game parlay that I cooked up to target this emerging Cowboys, specifically Brandin Cooks, who has found the end zone the past two week, but could be in line for even more work this week.
Here's the +800 SGP I made, which can be tailed at DraftKings Sportsbook. I suggest doing it at DK, who is giving all new users $200 in bonus bets if they use the link below on a first bet of $5 AND a no sweat SGP every day for the rest of the football season! You can make this bet with zero risk!
Best Same-Game Parlay for Cowboys vs. Eagles
- OVER 47.5
- Dak Prescott OVER 22.5 Pass Completions
- Brandin Cooks Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+320)
OVER 47.5
The Cowboys showcased an improved passing attack out of its BYE week against the Rams as Prescott passed for over 300 yards in the blowout win. Against an Eagles team that is locking down against the run, I expect the Cowboys to look to take to the air and for the scoring to pick up quickly in this one.
The Eagles are sixth in EPA/Dropback and the Cowboys are right behind in seventh on offense. I believe we see each offense dictate the terms in this one and for the scoring to pick up quickly. I like the over in this one to get this SGP started.
Dak Prescott OVER 22.5 Pass Completions
Prescott is off one of his best games of the season, completing 80% of his passes for 304 yards with four touchdowns. As I noted above, I believe we see both teams look to attack through the air and that should set up for Prescott to continue to get to his quote in terms of completions.
The Cowboys signal caller has cleared this mark in four of seven games and is completing 71% of his passes this season. While the Eagles are a stout rush defense, the team is just 15th in EPA/Dropback this season.
This number is right at his season average, but there's cause for me to believe he'll have an above average output on Sunday.
Brandin Cooks Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Cooks has battled injuries so far this season, but he has settled into his role as the team's slot option of late. He has at least four targets in each of the games he's played this season, and now has at least three catches in each of the last two games that feature one going for a touchdown.
The journeyman receiver is playing at least 60% of snaps dating back to his return from injury in Week 3 and is now starting to see more work in scoring situations. However, he is still being priced further down the board than Michael Gallup, who is playing less snaps than him over the past two games.
I'll take the long odds on Cooks to find the end zone for the third straight week to pump up the odds on this SGP.
