4. Mekhi Becton, OT

The Dallas Cowboys will potentially have to say goodbye to Tyron Smith in free agency this offseason. With their salary cap looking the way that it is right now, how can you bring back Smith and also make other necessary additions to the roster?

Who knows? Maybe they've got something up their sleeves...

If the Cowboys want to go after a direct replacement at tackle on a "trial" basis, someone like Mekhi Becton could make a lot of sense. Becton was a first-round pick in 2020 who simply hasn't been able to stay healthy, but he's talented enough. The Cowboys have the fail-safe of Tyler Smith, who could kick out and play left tackle, as well as the 2024 NFL Draft. I think Becton would be a worthwhile one-year "prove-it" type of signing for Dallas.

5. Graham Glasgow, OL

With proven ability at both guard and center, veteran Graham Glasgow could be a really solid free agent signing for the Dallas Cowboys in the 2024 offseason.

Glasgow was somewhat of a bust in Denver as a big-money player there a couple of years ago, but he was a really good player in Detroit before that and he bounced back as a member of the Lions after the Broncos let him go.

With the Cowboys set to potentially lose Tyler Biadasz at the center position and possibly kick Tyler Smith out to left tackle, a player with Glasgow's versatility could be ideal and also not break the bank.
