3. Washington Commanders

Dan Quinn would sign every Cowboys free agent under the sun if it were up to him. The former Cowboys defensive coordinator has already signed DEs Dorance Armstrong and Dante Fowler, as well as center Tyler Biadasz. Quinn was also reportedly in the mix for CB Jourdan Lewis before he re-upped with Dallas.

On offense, the Commanders could use another receiver. Terry McLaurin is a potential trade candidate if Washington wants to shed more salary and get younger at the position. Even if McLaurin sticks around, 2022 first-round pick Jahan Dotson was unable to replicate the success he had as a rookie.

After posting 35 catches for 523 yards and seven touchdowns in 12 games in year one, Dotson managed 49 catches for 518 yards and four TDs in 17 games (!) last season.

The Commanders also lost Curtis Samuel to the Bills. Samuel accumulated 1,495 scrimmage yards and 10 total TDs over his final two years in DC. There isn't much else behind McLaurin and Dotson. Playing for a familiar face in Quinn and getting to extract revenge on Dallas for releasing him could appeal to Gallup.
