4 Cowboys bold predictions: Stephon Gilmore shines for Dallas in return to Buffalo

3. Brandin Cooks goes for 100 yards, 2 TDs
When the Bills played the Philadelphia Eagles a couple of weeks ago, they did well to slow down the No. 1 wideout, A.J. Brown. He finished with just 37 yards on five receptions and while he had a touchdown, it wasn't what he expected to do. However, the attention he commanded led to DeVonta Smith putting up 106 yards and a touchdown on seven receptions.
That should be a positive sign for Brandin Cooks who is the No. 2 option in Big D. Entering this contest, he has 534 yards and five touchdowns on 39 receptions. He's shaken off a slow start and should surpass the 699 yards he had in Houston last year.
Even with that being the case, his numbers are minimal compared to the No. 1 option. CeeDee Lamb is on a tear right now and has 96 receptions for 1,253 yards and eight touchdowns. He's about to surpass every one of his career-high totals but as the Bills showed against Philly, they will focus hard on a game-changer such as Lamb.
Dallas will still find a way to get him involved but Dak Prescott will also make them pay for focusing too hard on No. 88. That's why this bold prediction is that Cooks hauls in 100 yards and two touchdowns on the day.
