The Dallas Cowboys bye week is over, and it was a good time to have some time off. Dallas will enter its Week 8 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams with a 4-2 record. 

Things could have been worse for the Cowboys in the first six weeks of the season. But they held their own for the most part. 

Losing to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 3 will likely haunt them all season. That loss has essentially put them second in the NFC East behind the Philadelphia Eagles (6-1). However, it's a long year, and Dallas will have plenty of other chances to eventually overtake the reigning NFC East champion. 

The bye week also came at a good time for the Cowboys, as every player practiced on Wednesday to kick off the week. With Dallas traveling to Philadelphia in Week 9, they’ll need to be fully healthy heading into that matchup. 

But the Cowboys also need to improve in several areas as well after the bye. Here are three things that Dallas needs to do better on offense over the last 11 games.
