The Dallas Cowboys open training camp in Oxnard, CA later this month. Unless a monumental trade or signing happens, the roster looks set. Dallas will have some new faces acquired through free agency such as Ronald Jones and Chuma Edgoa, but there are some guys who are still looking to catch on.

After the NFL Draft, players tend to get released. Some of them are often stars. Recently Dalvin Cook and DeAndre Hopkins were cut a month after the draft and have still yet to be signed by another team. Both players have been mentioned on and off as potential landing spots for the Cowboys, but Jerry Jones is not biting.

While bringing in one or both would provide even more firepower to an offense that looks explosive on paper, there are more realistic options out there if Dallas wants to bring in more players off the streets. The Cowboys let quite a few players walk this offseason in free agency, but a good amount of them have not been picked up. A reunion could possibly be in the works for at least one of these players, but it remains to be seen if Jerry feels it is necessary to bring them back.
