The NFL world was in pure shock when they heard that George Pickens was going to the Dallas Cowboys. It was Jerry Jones finally answering his own call to go all-in.

Following a season where CeeDee Lamb was hunted down by opposing cornerbacks, the depth chart needed a major shake-up. Now, Lamb has a Pickens as his sidekick, and it looks like the two receivers have already made chemistry following a charity softball game in Scottsdale, Arizona. Lamb made it very clear that him and Pickens are both No. 1 receivers.

Former Cowboys receiver Keyshawn Johnson isn't buying into that notion, however.

Keyshawn Johnson says CeeDee Lamb is the Cowboys' only No. 1 WR

Former Cowboys wideout Keyshawn Johnson made an appearance on All City DLLS and discussed his tenure with the team. He gave his take on how Lamb and Pickens would work in Dallas. Johnson says that with Lamb being one of the faces of the team, that makes him a clear No. 1 choice compared to Pickens.

"You don't want (Pickens) feeling like, everything is going through CeeDee Lamb even though, everything is going through CeeDee Lamb. That's just the pecking order, that's the money, the money speaks. It says, hey, (Lamb) is our number one guy...CeeDee Lamb is the number one option. "

Lamb will be entering his sixth season with the Cowboys in 2025. There's no doubt that his leadership and voice means more in the locker room compared to Pickens. That goes without saying, as Pickens only just touched down in North Texas.

Johnson's point is certainly valid, but it brings up the point of Lamb not wanting to hear about an A or B receiver when Lamb himself has said that they're both ones. The leadership and tenure is in Lamb's favor, but in terms of raw talent, these are two No. 1 guys, and it's time that Johnson starts to recognize that instead of putting the two players against one another.
