Could Dallas Cowboys fans have scripted a better debut for Quinnen Williams? While expected to have a transformative impact on the defense, we're not sure anyone predicted an Aaron Donald-like performance.

Williams finished with a career-high five quarterback hits, 1.5 sacks, seven pressures, and a 21.4 percent pass-rush win rate. Say what you will about the Raiders' offensive line. Williams would've put up similar numbers against most NFL teams. He was simply in that kind of mood.

While Cowboys fans got a taste of Williams' game-wrecking ability, they also got a glimpse into his infectious personality. The team has released its famed Sounds from the Sideline from the win, and to say Williams' mic'd up moments were incredible would be underselling it. His clip starts at the 6:09 mark in the video below.

Williams can be seen coaching up Donovan Ezeiruaku, whose 23 pressures are the third-most among rookie edge defenders, per Pro Football Focus.

"You should have rushed on the play before," Williams instructed the rookie. "Make the inside move and go, you had him! You see what I'm saying? You got the speed to chase the (guy) down."

From there, Williams checked in with the video team.

"Hey, is that Hard Knocks?" Williams asked. "Oh, Cowboys ... So if I say something crazy ya'll can edit it for me? Okay, bet. I be talking crazy, so I have a brand to uphold. I don't want my grandma hearing that. Thanks, ya'll."

Typically, the funniest people you know don't even try to be funny half the time. That seems to be the case with Williams. Even though the 27-year-old wanted to make sure he didn't get caught saying something outlandish, it was top-tier comedy.

Williams' leadership moment with Ezeiruaku and wholesome exchange with Dallas' video team align with what everyone has said about him since the trade. Dak Prescott put it best after the Cowboys' win over the Raiders on Monday night.

“I don’t know if there are words for it,” Prescott said of Williams’ debut. “Special individual. From the moment he has walked into the building, I’ve got a match in putting the time in, taking care of the body. That’s somebody that challenges me. And just being a professional, and inspires me in everything that he’s doing ... "

The Cowboys got an absolute gem on and off the field. On top of possessing All-Pro talent, Williams fits the exact culture Brian Schottenheimer has fostered since he was hired as head coach.

Cowboys fans didn't think Sounds from the Sideline could get any better. It turns out that when people said Quinnen Williams makes everyone around him better, they weren’t just talking about the football field.
