There are two weeks left until the NFL Draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin and analysts still have no idea which direction the Dallas Cowboys will go with the No. 12 overall pick.
While there seems to be a consensus four or five players that Dallas will target, nothing is a guarantee even this late in the evaluation process. After all, teams are still meeting with prospects for their official 30 visits and the Cowboys are no exception.
There was a palpable buzz among fans when it was revealed Ohio State running backs TreVeyon Henderson and Quinshon Judkins were visiting the team. A little more than half of the Cowboys' 30 visits have been reported, but it is hard not to love the list.
As always, there are some prospects that Cowboys fans are not sold on - at least not enough to be taken 12th overall. Texas wide receiver Matthew Golden is one of them, but experts continue to connect Golden to Dallas.
The team is seemingly high on the former Longhorn and that feeling appears to be mutual after his official visit at The Star.
Cowboys draft favorite Matthew Golden takes official visit with Dallas before NFL Draft
While visiting The Star on Thursday, Golden shared a mural of CeeDee Lamb, his potential future teammate, to his Instagram page. Golden also uploaded a photo with none other than Jerry Jones with the caption "Dat man".

Often mocked to Dallas, Golden and CeeDee Lamb could be lining up next to each other this season.

Sharing photos of NFL facilities and with high-ranking executives is a common practice among prospects through the pre-draft process.
With that said, there seems to be a clear interest between Dallas and Golden. Several mock drafts over the last few months have projected Golden to the Cowboys.

Both ESPN's Matt Miller and NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah mocked Golden to Dallas in their most recent mock drafts. Even Mel Kiper Jr. considered Golden at No. 12 in his final mock draft before strangely opting with North Carolina running back Omarion Hampton.
The draft community at large considers Arizona's Tetairoa McMillan the top WR in this draft, but Golden closed the gap following an electric showing at the NFL Combine, where he ran a 4.29 40-yard dash that was the fatest at the receiver position.
Golden might be a reach at No. 12 based on the consensus rankings, but the Cowboys sorely need a second receiver behind Lamb and Golden fits that bill.
The former Houston transfer led a talented SEC with nine touchdown catches last season to go with 58 grabs for 987 yards. He shined when the lights were brightest, averaging over 100 receiving yards per game between the SEC Championship and College Football Playoff. That should quell any concerns about Golden handling the pressure of playing for America's Team.
Cowboys fans should not be surprised if Golden is the pick at No. 12.
