One of the biggest storylines for the Dallas Cowboys this offseason will be what happens with star wide receiver George Pickens. The former Steelers wideout joined the 'Boys last offseason after being traded from Pittsburgh to Dallas, and the trade absolutely played out in Dallas' favor.
CeeDee Lamb, Pickens' fellow receiver in Dallas, spoke about trying to keep his teammate in Big D while rival players are trying to sway him to join their team instead. Lamb said that players at the Pro Bowl tried to recruit Pickens to Green Bay right in front of Lamb, which didn't sit right well with the star receiver.
"Because everybody, everybody in my face is trying to recruit him while I'm standing right next to him as if I'm not," Lamb said on Up & Adams.
When pressed for who was guilty of this by Kay Adams, Lamb responded that it was former Cowboys pass-rusher Micah Parsons.
"Let's start with Micah... I don't know what's going on with him. He's a little too active to be on a scooter, you know, and that's the only team that I'll stay with right now. But it's a lot of couple people that I feel like is definitely trying to get my mans away from me."

CeeDee Lamb calls out Micah Parsons for trying to steal George Pickens
The hope is that the Cowboys can figure out a way to keep Pickens in Dallas. The former second-round pick by the Steelers was considered to be too dramatic during his time in Pittsburgh so when the Steelers sent him to Dallas, people figured that would continue with his new team.
Fortunately, the drama was minimal, and Pickens rewarded the Cowboys with a career year. He finished the 2025 regular season with over 1,400 yards receiving and a whopping nine touchdowns. Losing that production would be unfortunate so fans are definitely hoping that Pickens sticks around to give Dak Prescott a one-two punch of Lamb and Pickens to throw to.
As for Parsons, it'd make sense that he and the Packers would be trying to poach Pickens. The Packers have no shortage of depth at WR, but they lack a true alpha for quarterback Jordan Love, and 2025 leading receiver Romeo Doubs is an unrestricted free agent.
The Cowboys haven't started talks with Pickens just yet, but there's no reason to panic (yet). All the reporting out of Dallas suggests both sides want to get a deal done. Pickens himself confirmed at the Pro Bowl that he wants to remain with America's Team.
The Micah Parsons trade was an extreme outlier. Jeryy Jones doesn't usually let star players out of the building.
Nice try, Micah.
