The Dallas Cowboys may be the floor for LSU cornerback Mansoor Delane in the 2026 NFL Draft, but his combination of premium athleticism and stickiness in man coverage will make him a very desirable target in a cornerback class that is very thin.

Delane's pre-draft process is making it seem less likely that he will be available when pick No. 12 comes around, which could force Jerry Jones and Will McClay to wait until either No. 20 or No. 92 overall to select a defensive back.

These five corners, who can be had at No. 92 overall if they get some extra luck in the first few rounds, carry starter potential, and that could be enough to make Jerry Jones forget all about Delane early in the Draft.

Possible Mansoor Delane pivots for the Dallas Cowboys

5. Daylen Everette, Georgia

Everette is a rangy outside cornerback who can swallow up smaller receivers in zone coverage while flexing some solid ball skills, but his roller-coaster play and tendency to get a bit too grabby down the field might be all it takes to push him down to the end of Day 2 or beginning of Day 3.

4. Devin Moore, Florida

Moore is one of the bigger corners in this draft at a firm 6-3, and that physicality manifests at the line of scrimmage. What will ultimately determine his ceiling, however, is his ability to get just a touch faster to keep up with NFL-level athletes who can take advantage of him.

3. Julian Neal, Arkansas

Another Razorback that Jones could target, Neal plays cornerback like he's a middle linebacker. The choppy feet and lack of great speed will be problematic against speedy pro players, but he is one of the best tacklers and press-man corners of anyone in this class. At No. 92, he makes a ton of sense.

2. Malik Muhammad, Texas

Muhammad plays much bigger than his listed size of 6-0 and 188 pounds. The inside-outside versatility is a trait that Dallas will value, and with some solid tackling for his size and aggression at the catch point, his floor in this Draft may be Dallas at No. 92 overall.

1. Treydan Stukes, Arizona

Not only has Stukes put enough on film to suggest that he could be a quality starting cornerback in the NFL, but his 6-2 frame and tremendous range could make him a convert to safety. No matter where he ends up playing, his ball skills will make him a force to be reckoned with.
