Week 15 at Jacksonville Jaguars

This will be the third week in a row the Cowboys will face an AFC South rival but this will take place on the road as they head to Florida to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. Dallas will have a familiar foe on the sideline for the Jags in Doug Pederson, who spent five seasons as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Pederson has done a good job in his first season with the Jags, even if the record doesn’t show it. He took over a team that had the No. 1 overall pick in each of the past two seasons and has them playing competitive football.

Trevor Lawrence has shown a lot of progress and should find some success against Dallas. Having said that, the better team ends up pulling it out in the end — although it will be much closer than expected.

Prediction: Cowboys 26, Jags 23

Week 16 vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Cooper Rush started five games for the Cowboys this season while Dak Prescott was injured and he was 4-1 in that span. The one loss came courtesy of the Philadelphia Eagles by a score of 26-17.

The rematch takes place in Week 16 and Dallas will be at home this time. They’ll also have Dak Prescott back. That should be enough to sway things in their favor, but again, this one will be a nail-biter.

Prediction: Cowboys 20, Eagles 17
