3. Cowboys create three turnovers

The Cowboys were on the losing end of the turnover battle last week which proved to be the deciding factor in last week’s outcome. This week they aren’t going to fall behind in that category. Instead, they are going to be the winner in this battle allowing their offense more opportunities to put points on the board. Goff has only thrown four interceptions this season but we’ve seen how pressure in the pocket has affected his ability to put the ball in the right spot down the field.

He’s also had a problem feeling pressure on his blindside quite a bit during his career and that’s not good against a Cowboys team that has five quality edge rushers they can rotate in and out to keep themselves fresh all game.

That pressure is going to have a major impact on this game as the Lions aren’t going to be able to protect Goff long enough for him to make his reads. The Cowboys’ sack tally is going to climb in this game, but so will their turnovers.

Game Prediction: Cowboys get one interception and force two fumbles
