3. The staff needs to be careful with Micah Parsons, no matter how elite he is

Perhaps the player fans primarily kept their eyes on when the Dallas defense was on the field, Micah Parsons had yet another elite day.

The superstar pass rusher had two sacks on the day, including the game-sealing strip sack on the Rams’ final drive. He had both sacks in the second half of the game when it all really counted. Parsons also had five tackles and one tackle for loss on the day.

Despite his outstanding performance, you couldn’t help but notice that No. 11 didn’t look 100%. After a play where he stopped awkwardly, he had some issues with groin tightness. He still recorded both sacks after this injury.

While it was very exciting to watch him essentially close the game himself, the staff needs to be very careful with him and ensure he doesn’t make his injury worse by playing. The last thing this team needs is another star to go down to injury. If Parsons were to miss extended time, it is almost a guarantee that the defense would take a big step back.
