1. The Cowboys open it up in the second half

As of right now, this Cowboys team is averaging just 17 points per game. This Sunday, look for them to start off by settling for a few field goals in the first half.

After some halftime adjustments by head coach Mike McCarthy and offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, Dallas will come out pushing the football down the field more and take advantage of the injuries in the Rams’ secondary at cornerback and safety.

There’s no reason this Cowboys offense shouldn’t be able to score a few touchdowns in this game. The Rams’ defense is good but they are down too many people not for the Cowboys to exploit it.

This includes Lamb who will most likely see Jalen Ramsey across from him for most of this game. The Rams cornerbacks like to play off in order to drop into zones quickly and try jumping routes. Cooper Rush, Lamb, and the rest of these receivers should be able to pick up yards on slants, and hitches before taking shots deep downfield will play-action.

Game Prediction: Cowboys drop 21 points on the Rams in the second half.
