2. Neville Gallimore, DT

It has been three years since former Oklahoma Sooner Neville Gallimore was drafted in the third round by the Cowboys, and it seems like he may finally be tapping into his potential.

Gallimore recorded his first sack of the season on Sunday, and he has been playing very well in the run game since Week 1. Simply put, he has been crucial to a position group that lacks both depth and significant talent.

Gallimore has always been explosive, but he has been showcasing that skill now more than ever, and he put that to use with his 9-yard sack of Carson Wentz. He is quick despite being 315 pounds, and very strong because of his build. The Oklahoma version of Gallimore has arrived.

Dallas used a premium pick on him, and with former second-round pick Trysten Hill still struggling to make an impact, there is no longer an excuse to not start Gallimore every week or to limit his snap count.

He played just 31% of snaps on Sunday, and we are three weeks removed from his season-high in snaps back in Week 2. That just does not make sense considering how well he is playing.
