3. Los Angeles Rams – Week 5

2021 Defensive Ranking: 15th

Defensive Players Lost: Von Miller (OLB), Darious Williams (CB), Sebastian Joseph

Defensive Players Coming In: Bobby Wagner (LB)

Anytime you are facing the now Super Bowl Champion Los Angeles Rams they must be looked at as one of the toughest defenses your team will face off against. Thanks to the talent at all levels of the defense, they can defend against most of the attack’s offenses thrown at them.

It all starts with one man, and that’s Aaron Donald. The man many consider the best player in the league. If you can defend him your team has a good shot at winning the game. Donald is going to really test this offensive line on the left side. You can expect him the line up there most of the game to take advantage of the inexperienced left guard for the Cowboys.

This team is also stout in the passing game with Jalen Ramsey leading this secondary so you can expect him to shadow Cowboys receiver CeeDee Lamb all over the field. The Cowboys’ offense will need big performances out of the second and third receivers to make plays. The run blocking for this game will need to be on point as well after the Rams added Pro Bowl linebacker Bobby Wagner. Moore will really be tested in Week 5. This could be the toughest defense the Cowboys face all year.
